This Privacy Policy explains how Sleepr AI LLC ("Sleepr AI," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit sleepr.ai or use our services. Our services help home service businesses ("Customers") find overdue invoices and open quotes in their Jobber account and follow up with their own clients by text message and phone call.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, and billing details you give us when you sign up.
- Jobber data: when a Customer connects their Jobber account, we receive read-only access to their clients, requests, quotes, jobs, and invoices, including client names, phone numbers, email addresses, and amounts owed.
- Messaging and call data: text messages sent and received through our service, call records, and, where calls are recorded, recordings and transcripts.
- Website data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use information
- To send Customers their daily account summary by text message.
- To follow up with a Customer's clients about overdue invoices and open quotes, only when the Customer chooses to.
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve our services.
- To bill for our services and communicate with Customers about their account.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us run our services, such as hosting, telecommunications (text and voice), AI processing, and payment processing providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Sleepr AI, our Customers, or others.
- In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.
Our Customers' clients
When we contact a Customer's client, we do so on behalf of that Customer and use the client's information only to provide our services to that Customer. If you are a client of one of our Customers and have questions about your information, contact that business or email us at the address below.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. When a Customer disconnects Jobber or closes their account, we delete or de-identify their Jobber data within a reasonable period.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving messages.
- Email us to access, correct, or delete your information.
- Customers can disconnect Sleepr AI from their Jobber account at any time.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
