Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Sleepr AI LLC ("Sleepr AI," "we," "us"). By signing up for or using our services, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Sleepr AI connects to your Jobber account with read-only access, sends you a daily text summary of overdue invoices and open quotes, and, when you choose, follows up with your clients by text message and phone call on your behalf.

2. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you are authorized to connect your business's Jobber account.
• You are responsible for having your clients' consent to be contacted by text message and phone call about their invoices and quotes, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws. You will only select clients for follow-up who have given that consent.
• You will give us accurate business information, including what is needed for carrier registration of your texting number.
• You will not use the service for marketing to people who have not opted in, or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Text messaging program

Sleepr AI account alerts: By providing your mobile number during sign-up, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Sleepr AI, including your daily account summary and service notifications.

• Message frequency varies, typically one message per day plus replies to your requests.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email jaime@sleepr.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Fees and billing

• Fees are the setup fee and monthly fee shown at sign-up. The setup fee is charged once and covers onboarding, Jobber connection, and phone number registration.
• Monthly fees are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Founding member pricing is locked for 12 months from your start date as long as your subscription stays active.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. No guarantee of collection

Sleepr AI helps you follow up on money owed and open quotes. We do not guarantee that any invoice will be paid or any quote approved. Sleepr AI is not a debt collection agency and does not collect payments on your behalf. Payments go directly from your clients to you.

6. Jobber

Jobber is a third-party service. Sleepr AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jobber. You may disconnect Sleepr AI from your Jobber account at any time. Your use of Jobber is governed by Jobber's own terms.

7. Acceptable use and suspension

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal or carrier compliance risk, including complaints about unwanted messages.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sleepr AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
